Strength: Deadlifts 4 x 12: 85#, 115#, 133#, 163# WOD: 3 rounds: 15 sumo deadlift high pulls @ 65# 15 burpees over the bar 15 toes-to-bar 16:30 rx, but felt dead the whole time and not very efficient.
