Kryptonite and a Robin Run
I just sat and ate 5 of these little bastards. 3 = 220 calories. Did you know you can buy them by the case (550 individual truffles) for only $126.50 on their web site?

No Surprises
Bad News Part (skip this, read the good news at the bottom):
I am not dead. My scales even proved it to me this morning: 137.8
This is what happen when you:
kick someone in the NAD (4 beers, 1 bloody mary, 1 screwdriver, 1 bottle of wine)
eat 1/2 of a really big pizza
add in some gingerbread people
donuts!

Went out of town all weekend for work and assumed for some reason...

So happy that I woke up at 3 am on the day I have to drive 2.5 hours and attend meetings from 8 am to midnight or so.
Brain! Y U no let me sleep when I need to?!

Earned you, Bitches!
I’ve been aching (hahaha, punny) to know if I still had any endurance left in me — so my goal was to see if I could run an hour. I got to about 45 minutes before I started incorporating a couple of walk breaks and traffic crossing during miles 5 and 6.
Overall, a really comfortable, steady run! IT Band on left knee is still making itself known and ankle is still sore, but nothing...
