Zombieland Rules apply to children
All the rules of Zombieland apply when playing with small children. Especially the first rule.
Cardio - If you want to play tag, kick the can, chase a bad guy, etc.
The Double Tap - When playing freeze tag, gotta untag.
Beware of Bathrooms - Ahhh the joys of potty training, butt wiping and public restrooms.
Wear Seat Belts - Duh.

10 minutes of a 1440 minute day
We started with Indiana Jones and his beard. Indy taught a class on Mola Ram. I was the student with “I love you” on her eyelids. Every time I blinked, he’d say “ooo!”
Shift gears, we’re now Dragon Hunters. Poor Ms. Nibbles (the kitty); she gets chased a lot.
Do you know what special power unicorns have? They can change the color of anything and make them...

Half-Assed Exercising
I’ve been procrastinating intervals for an hour now. Time to go …
I WIN!
At long last, my dream came true.
I have lit a spark.
I have inspired someone.
Yesterday at my mom’s, I saw my step-sister who I hadn’t seen in awhile. These were her words to me:
“I haven’t smoked in a month, and I started that C25K program you told me about.”
She said all of my Facebook posts (all 3?) of my race pictures motivated her.
