I hate being little.

Breakfast 1 & 2: 491 cals

  • coffee with cream and sugar
  • 1 egg, 1 egg white
  • 1 apple
  • pile of veggies
  • protein shake with frozen berries

Lunch: 305 cals

  • leftover quinoa + rutabaga casserole
  • banana

Snacks: 265 cals

  • 50 cal string cheese
  • 1% cottage cheese
  • orange
  • 5 almonds

Dinner: 240 cals

  • 3 oz grilled chicken
  • 1/2 sweet potato (it was huge)
  • broccolli and cauliflower

I want about 700 more calories. Only way to get that is to run 7 miles. I have -1 calorie left in the day.
