I hate being little.
Breakfast 1 & 2: 491 cals
- coffee with cream and sugar
- 1 egg, 1 egg white
- 1 apple
- pile of veggies
- protein shake with frozen berries
Lunch: 305 cals
- leftover quinoa + rutabaga casserole
- banana
Snacks: 265 cals
- 50 cal string cheese
- 1% cottage cheese
- orange
- 5 almonds
Dinner: 240 cals
- 3 oz grilled chicken
- 1/2 sweet potato (it was huge)
- broccolli and cauliflower
I want about 700 more calories. Only way to get that is to run 7 miles. I have -1 calorie left in the day.
