The most difficult WOD of the week. The scheduled CF WOD today looks so challenging and so fun, but I have to save my legs for 15 miles tomorrow. They’re also a bit sore from the last couple of days. Rest is scheduled, and rest I shall take. IN TEARS. Tears, people!
