WOD: Rest 08.10.2012

The most difficult WOD of the week. The scheduled CF WOD today looks so challenging and so fun, but I have to save my legs for 15 miles tomorrow. They’re also a bit sore from the last couple of days. Rest is scheduled, and rest I shall take. IN TEARS. Tears, people!

I feel like the youngin’s on tumblr who lament that they couldn’t stay out all night drinking on a Friday night because of Long Run Saturday.

What could have been:

Fifteen rounds of:
Power snatch followed immediately by five overhead squats.

Start light and add weight.

Finish with Rowing :30 seconds on :30 seconds off for 6 rounds.  Total meters rowed is your score.

I’m gonna keep this one in my pocket for the winter and make sure I get ‘er done.
