Race: Chicago Marathon 10.07.2012

Garmin data from the race. You can see where my calves started cramping from mile 16-26 and my IT Band started flaring up at 23-26. Any time I felt my IT Band cramping, I would immediately stop and walk. I knew better than to push that since it set me out all last Fall.

Recap later, but honestly I can’t remember much from the race because I was so full of rage for the last 10 miles. :-(

I forgot to turn off my Garmin until after I sat down at the finish. Also, my Garmin had auto-pause turned on. Official time was 4:43. So lots of stopping and stretching of the calves, those assholes.
