So much squash in my kitchen that I’ll have it with every meal. Stir fried it with chicken sausage for lunch, side of quinoa tabouleh (Costco, premade).

Strength: Shoulder press 5x6 @ 63, 73, 83, 88
WOD:
15 burpees 30 wall balls 100 meter sprint 30 wall balls 200 meter sprint 30 wall balls 100 meter sprint 15 burpees

If you hate yourself, you could do this at home. Sub in dumbbell thrusters for the wall balls. Distance doesn’t have to be perfect — just run to a mailbox or something, then double that in the middle.
